Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality welding operations on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and perform repairs as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
