Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue to evaluate and drive business tactics, packages, and group rates to maximize revenue streams.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for developing new sources of business in all market segments to broaden our customer base.
  • Remain informed of the competition's sales and marketing strategies and counteract effectively to secure maximum business for our hotels and company.
Requirements
  • A rich background in the hotel industry with experience in senior sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset.
  • Understanding of how Revenue Management strategies are implemented in hotels/hospitality.
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis.
  • Excellent communications skills - interpersonal, written, presentations, etc.
  • A proven record of results-oriented leadership and team development.
  • Well-versed and comfortable with MS Office, Property Management systems, and other sales software.
