About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards and sales goals
  • Support the online sales team during peak periods
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Avid multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem management skills and ability to work independently
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other software
