Job Title: Personal Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive the nourishment they need to maintain their health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
