Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Workstream OCM Leads, Regional Sponsors, and Site Mayors to gather and define requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption for site cutovers.
- Identify gaps and constraints, recommend mitigations, analyze the current state pre-cutover and future state post-cutover, and craft key messages for leaders and users.
- Maintain workplan and collaboration tools, and prepares key results and metrics for reporting purposes.
