Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shawarma on Wheels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality control standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and inventory control
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. Free parking is available on site.
