Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY FRANCHISE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Monitor and control labor costs to achieve budget targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of achieving high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
