Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Print Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Greater Toronto Area or Kitchener to Mississauga region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate digital print equipment, including black and white and color copiers/printers
  • Understand and utilize workflow tools such as Free Flow and Fiery
  • Operate standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, bindery, laminating, desktop folders, and drill
  • Provide point of contact for customer requests, estimates, scheduling, and tracking print production requests
  • Perform basic quality inspection before, during, and after output of each production run
  • Track and store jobs as required for reuse at a future date
  • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
  • Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
  • Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a digital print shop and customer service environment
  • Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post-high school technology training or experience preferred
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
