Job Responsibilities

The Sales Associate role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings that meet our customers' unique needs.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frame selections with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
  • Maintain a positive store environment and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivation with demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
