A Bookkeeper Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for A Class Collision Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with the ability to prepare financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and other expenses
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, including trial balances
  • Post journal entries and prepare other financial reports as required

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
