Overview

The Second Opinion Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field

On-site

Work must be completed at our physical location. No remote work options are available.

ResponsibilitiesTasks
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Perform financial data entry and reconciliation
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting
Experience and SpecializationComputer and Technology Knowledge
  • Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
  • Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
