Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic Position

Tiger Calcium Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our vehicle fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet of tractors and trailers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our heavy equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Inducted 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year Apprentice with a focus on heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience with Cummins engines, aftertreatment diagnostics, hydraulic systems, and Super B trailers.
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions in the trade.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
