Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and finishing/packaging of cheese in accordance with our established standards and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of Feta and Friulano cheese, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Operate equipment in the Feta/Friulano department, maintaining a high level of accuracy in data and inventory entries.
  • Complete sanitation duties, including equipment disassembly and re-assembly for cleaning, as per standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the highest quality product possible.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of the Plant Milk and Cheese Grading course.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Working knowledge of computers and a high school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
