Requirements
  • Registration as a Canadian Patent Agent in good standing with the College of Patent Agents & Trademark Agents (CPATA).

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, electrical engineering, computer sciences, or software engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of Canadian patent practice, including recent Canadian Patent Law changes.
