Job Description

The Asphalt Compactor Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our road construction projects. As a key member of our Road Construction Team, you will be responsible for operating the roller machine to compact asphalt, achieving the desired density and finish texture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the roller machine to compress asphalt and maintain a smooth surface
  • Establish rolling patterns to achieve compaction
  • Daily maintenance of equipment, including fluids and water systems
  • Identify potential hazards and take action to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in road construction or related field
  • Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, and balance
  • Able to work nights and weekends as necessary
