Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Transport Service Technician to join our team at Spar-Marathon Roofing Supplies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our commercial transport fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a garage environment with exposure to dusty, dirty, and noisy conditions.
