- Post-Secondary degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PowerBI).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
