Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct change impact analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective change plans to support organizational change.
  • Prepare and deliver training to support the introduction of new technologies and processes.
  • Define and measure success metrics and change progress.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote change.
  • Lead change management and communication planning to ensure a successful transition.

Requirements:
  • Experience conducting change impact analysis.
  • Experience in a change management role, applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Direct experience in change facilitation and communications management.
