- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as food science or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, quality control principles, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train production staff.
