About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at KT Partners LLP. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Journal Entry Posting: Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
