Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Partner Support Team Lead to join our team at goeasy Ltd.

About the Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that will drive individual and team results through performance management and continuous development of each team member's knowledge base and skill set. As a key member of the Partner Support team, you will help ensure that the organization's vision and values are at the core of the business practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Partner Support to oversee day-to-day operations and distribute workload effectively among the Partner Support team members.
  • Evaluate staff performance through weekly scorecards, identify training opportunities, and provide coaching as required.
  • Foster a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics.
  • Carry out quality assurance on administrative tasks and phone calls.
  • Provide hands-on direction for all activities and projects.
  • Timely resolution of customer and/or partner escalations.
  • Optimize productivity by adjusting staff availability to match shifts, tasks, and projects.
  • Support training initiatives to maximize team members' potential.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback that inspires engagement and improved performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to provide clear direction to the team.
  • Prior training experience would be beneficial.
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset but not mandatory.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annumAbout Us
