Client Relations Coordinator

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Client Relations Coordinator to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service in London.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in customer service and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions
  • Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service background
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
