We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting our comprehensive line of National Bank Investments products to financial advisors in the Greater Montreal area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Increasing the number of advisors who do business with NBI
- Working effectively with a team to achieve business development targets within the defined territory
- Providing sales ideas, product information, and market updates
- Assisting in the development and management of territory business plans by focusing on highly successful advisors
- Creating and analyzing firm sales and asset reports to determine territory opportunities
- Participating in new and existing training programs to enhance performance and further career development
You will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships while strategically achieving business development objectives within your designated territory.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, with five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in administration or a related field, with four years of relevant experience
- Financial designation (IFIC, CSC, PFP, CIMA, CFA, or Fellow from CSI) is an asset
- Mutual Funds and business development experience
- Experience in coaching and training
- Knowledge of budget and territory management
- Excellent knowledge of business development techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills in French and English (spoken and written), knowledge of another language is an asset
