SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Parry Sound, ON. Additionally, you will receive paid mileage at $0.41 per/km plus travel time.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in Parry Sound, ON. As a Home Health Care Nurse, you will develop and maintain effective care plans, work with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, and communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective care plans
- Work with patients to provide exceptional nursing services
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
