Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive wage grid that recognizes nursing skillset and expertise.

Job Description

As a Nurse with CarePartners, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to patients in their homes and communities. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining effective care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Providing hands-on nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Liaising with interdisciplinary care teams, including doctors, therapists, and social workers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing degree and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel
