Job Summary
KAS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams while managing the scheduling and dispatching of our field technicians.
About the Role
- Handling front-line customer calls and service inquiries, providing prompt and professional support
- Managing technician schedules, tracking job progress, and assisting with problem-solving in real-time
- Optimizing resource utilization by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer requirements
Responsibilities
- Dispatching service technicians with necessary parts and information to complete jobs efficiently
- Reviewing work orders, travel distances, personnel availability, and other factors to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining administrative records, formatting reports, managing work reports, and taking meeting minutes
