Job Summary

About the Role

  • Handling front-line customer calls and service inquiries, providing prompt and professional support
  • Managing technician schedules, tracking job progress, and assisting with problem-solving in real-time
  • Optimizing resource utilization by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer requirements

Responsibilities

  • Dispatching service technicians with necessary parts and information to complete jobs efficiently
  • Reviewing work orders, travel distances, personnel availability, and other factors to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintaining administrative records, formatting reports, managing work reports, and taking meeting minutes
