Responsabilités
  • Fournir des services de réception de haute qualité aux visiteurs, aux employés et aux clients de St.Amant.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les visiteurs, les employés et les clients de St.Amant.
  • Assurer la sécurité et la confidentialité des informations sensibles.
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives, telles que la gestion du courrier, la saisie de données et la maintenance des dossiers.
  • Collaborer avec les collègues pour atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation.
Compétences et expériences requises
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
  • Expérience en tant que réceptionniste ou standardiste.
  • Compétences en informatique et capacité d'utiliser des périphériques en réseau.
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de collaborer avec les collègues.
  • Capacité de gérer le stress et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
Conditions d'emploi
  • Poste à temps plein.
  • Heures de travail : 8h00 à 16h30, du lundi au vendredi.
