Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
