Job Title: Ergonomist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ergonomist to join our team at Bombardier Aviation. As an Ergonomist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to identify and mitigate physical and ergonomic hazards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify physical and ergonomic hazards in the workplace
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these hazards and improve workplace safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ergonomic solutions
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. ergonomics, human factors, occupational health)
  • 5+ years of experience in ergonomics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
