About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ergonomics Specialist to join our team at Bombardier Aviation. As an Ergonomics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by identifying and mitigating physical and ergonomic hazards in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential ergonomic hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ergonomic solutions and improve workplace safety.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on ergonomic best practices and safety protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in ergonomics and human factors engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as ergonomics, human factors engineering, or occupational health.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in ergonomics and human factors engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
