We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Nando's AB as Back of House Staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role

The Back of House Staff will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This includes cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment, as well as maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This includes expediting orders, preparing and packaging take-out orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • Prepare and package take-out orders
  • Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
