Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at TIGER Drylac North America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwrighting and be able to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Millwright License is a must
- Millwright experience: 5 years after the license
- Electrical experience and/or license an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work with and through different types of people and personalities
- Driven for results and self-motivated
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and energy in fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Proven ability to solve problems
