Looking for a great opportunity to work in Canada's largest Automotive Group? We are currently looking to fill a position of a Parts Driver at Audi Downtown Vancouver.

The scope of this position would consist of driving a vehicle for the purpose of pick-up and delivery. It is expected this person will maintain the delivery vehicle in a safe and operable condition. This position requires you to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and represents the dealership in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treat customers in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Provide fast and efficient delivery and pick-up of both parts and sublet repairs.
  • Minimize vehicle downtime by proper maintenance and inform management of potential equipment problems.
  • Load trucks in such a way as to eliminate damage to sheet metal and other fragile parts.
  • Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damage and quantity and make the appropriate notations on delivery receipts.
  • Organize the schedule of deliveries to maximize efficiency and post the schedule to make one's self available for contact.
  • Call the dealership hourly and check-in for additional deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Process parts return in accordance with warranty and dealership policy.
  • Maximize the sales effort of the parts department by providing good service, suggesting related items, and informing management of new businesses.
