Kiera Transportation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle and perform regular inspections to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Emergency Repairs: Perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Documentation Knowledge: Accurate completion of accident or incident reports, driver logbook, inspection reports, and maintenance and repair reports.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, judgment, reliability, and teamwork.
