We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and minor installations in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors, stairs, and hallways
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings as needed
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact tradespersons for major repairs and contractors for maintenance tasks
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and supervise other workers as necessary
  • Ensure workplace safety and security by performing regular checks and reporting any issues
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance or construction
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments
  • Dependability, flexibility, and good judgment are essential qualities for this role
  • A valid criminal record check is required
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
  • A health care plan and pension plan are available to eligible employees
  • A bonus structure is in place for meeting performance targets
  • The duration of employment is temporary, with opportunities for advancement
  • The working language is English or French, and hours of work are 40 per week
