At ENGINEERINGUK, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Indirect Tax Advisory to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering customized tax strategies to our clients, ensuring they minimize their tax liability while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple client-facing engagement teams responsible for GST/HST and sales tax planning and management services.
  • Develop and implement complex tax strategies, leveraging your expertise in legislative and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for added value.
  • Stay up-to-date on new developments in indirect tax, advising clients on the implications of tax and policy changes.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of highly specialized Indirect Tax training.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships and accounts grow and develop.
Requirements:
  • Canadian law degree (preferred) or CPA designation.
  • 7 to 8 years of indirect tax advisory and consulting experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Canadian Indirect Tax.
  • Highly skilled researcher, tax technical writer, and persuasive communicator.
  • Strong business acumen and proven people management, relationship, and leadership skills.
