Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Station. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
