Arirang Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality meals.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Support for Diversity: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Working Conditions: 35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and a dynamic work environment.
