Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pancotto Enterprises Ltd o/a McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
