IPAC Bachelor Factory, a leading provider of business education, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Development Assistant to join our team in Mayenne, France.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to support our commercial activities and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Commercial Development Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, managing client relationships, and participating in the development of our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage client relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain existing clients.
  • Participate in the development of our commercial strategy, including market research and analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation of commercial projects, including the development of marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
