Job Title: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Hunter Express Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, advising managers and employees on HR matters, and mediating labour disputes and grievances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Mediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
