Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Security Supervisor to join our team at Condor Security. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

Our security personnel work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial properties. They may be required to work in air-conditioned environments and may be exposed to various weather conditions.
