Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and delivering items on loan to guests.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets and spring cleaning, as required.
  • Maintain work area and equipment according to hotel standards.
  • Attend to guest calls and respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
