Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Hotel Victoria. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning, making sure to replenish supplies and deliver items on loan to guests.
  • Make beds according to hotel standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the room.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets and spring cleaning, as required.
  • Attend to guest calls and requests, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Ability to move, lift, and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
