We are looking for an experienced individual who can assist with various tasks on our construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, erecting forms and scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling heavy loads. They must also possess excellent physical stamina and be able to work in dusty conditions.

At MODENA TILING INC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we believe that our new Construction Laborer - Helper will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits, to successful candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction

Please note that this is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The language of communication will be English.
