At Vector Construction, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Repair Specialist - Experienced Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction-related tasks involving physical labor, the use of hand and power tools, and assisting other workers with duties at the construction site related to the restoration and protection of concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare concrete for repair; operate grinders, jackhammers, and other tools to chip and break up concrete.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required at construction sites.
  • Maintain a clean and productive job site.
  • Maintains simple records and accurately completes required forms and reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, completion of trades school and/or concrete industry-specific training will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working with hand tools such as circular saws, grinders etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass our drug screening program (note, we do not test for marijuana).
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
