Key Responsibilities
  1. Invoice Preparation: Prepare customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and requirements.
  2. Invoice Review: Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  3. Reconciliation: Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation using standard and custom reporting, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  4. Meet Invoicing Budgets: Meet specific monthly invoicing budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
  5. Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Payment Processing: Process credit card payments and upload invoices into customer invoicing portals.
  7. Relationship Building: Collaborate and build relationships with Supervisors, Dispatchers, and Technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  8. Credit Memos: Create credit memos as necessary, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  9. Customer File Updates: Update customer files to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  1. Education: Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) and/or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in a role related to invoicing and financial transactions.
  3. Skills: High energy, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude. Detail-oriented and deadline-conscious. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
