Marketing Director Job Description

Vintage Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize business decisions.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
