Marketing Director Job Description

Vintage Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Evaluate and optimize our online presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Review and refine marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and press releases.
  • Plan and control marketing budgets and expenditures to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
