About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker - Building and Facilities to join our team at Epic College of Technology Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks
    • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
    • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
    • Perform minor repairs on appliances
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
    • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with Minimal Supervision
  • Ensure a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
